SilverStone has launched the RC06 PCI-e riser board. It provides a direct upgrade for users who are using the ML07, RVZ01, RVZ03, and FTZ01 case, and supports PCI-e 4.0 x16 except if you're using an AMD CPU with and AMD GPU. With that particular combination it will only support PCI-e 3.0. The riser is compatible with PCI-e 5.0 slots, but will run in PCI-e 4.0 mode.

While it is unfortunate that it doesn't support and AMD/AMD combination, it's good to see companies supporting their users with these types of upgrades. There are many cases that used riser cards instead of cables that may be stuck at PCI-e 3.0, and would require modding to get working with the newer standards.

Price and availability have not been set as of writing.

Aside from a couple of passives, I can't see anything going on that will limit it's performance aside from length/shielding. Anyone smarter than me (so most of y'all) that can explain why this would work on an Intel/Nvidia/etc setup but not a pure AMD/AMD?
