Power Supply SFX psu- thermaltake toughpower SFX 450w

Hi all. Have enjoyed reading build logs, now finally taking the plunge and building a sff pc. Just snagged myself a thermaltake SFX 450w on eBay, but having read reviews it seems it isn't very well regarded? Hoping to build and use it in the following:

Geeek a60
Asus Rog 1070
RyZen 2600 + an AIO cooler (haven't decided yet, tight budget too- recommendations please!)

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

The only issue I could possibly foresee may be noise related.
It's not a terrible PSU by any means, but if it was a case of paying full retail price many people would skip over it for a Corsair unit.
If it was bargain off ebay use it and see how it goes, there's certainly enough power in it for your proposed build.
