Cooling [SFF Network] Reeven Vanxie - Sufficient Cooling

After the recent reviews of two of Reeven's other products, the call from our community came out - they want to see how Reeven's smallest cooler, the Vanxie, performs. Today we have that cooler on our SFF test bench to see how it performs. The main competitor, the Noctua L9A, has already been through the gauntlet, how will the Vanxie compare?

An interesting offering for sure ! Something to keep in mind for the tiniest of cases with a low power CPU, it should keep it quiet. At what point was it quiet enough that you couldn't hear the fan anymore at an arm's length ?

Pretty much anything except 12v. It's a really quiet fan, especially for it's size
