Enclosure SFF mATX case with the PSU mounted over the motherboard like SG-13

I already have one of the older, better intel stock coolers that wouldn't block the PSU in such a configuration.

It seems like all this configuration would sacrifice very little and would make for a really small tower PC.

Are there any cases like this?

A case that comes close is this Silverstone SG09, but rather than move the PSU off to the front inside I want it directly over the motherboard so the front of the case can be cut back further.

Oh okay I found what I was looking for, kind of. The SG-11 and SG12 seem to fit the bill although they could have made it smaller by getting rid of the 5.25 external bay.
