Hi guys

I have been doing some research these days into getting and building my first high end pc in a SFF having these two high end components (7800x3d + 4090) which I'm planning to water-cool using a D5 pump (as it's more silent than DDC) + dual 280 radiators ideally using normal fans not slim ones.
As this is my first SFF build, I'm trying to get the right case so I can somehow manage to cool these components and also have a very silent PC, ideally with fans running under 1000 rpm
My previous build involved a custom hardline loop cooling both CPU and GPU in an ATX case, so I can say I've got some experience with watercooling but not with SFF watercooling (hence my post here)
So far I've been looking at case such as: Ncase M2, Meshlicious (not sure which version would suit me best), Coolar Master NR200, CERBERUS X
I know it can be a bit tricky to build in one of these especially with dual 280 and a D5, but in which case it would be more double?
I am also open for suggestions of other cases, even if it involves a bit of modding (drilling some aditional holes for example to mount the pump in some wierd place)

Just to reiterate here is what I'm looking for:
1) a case that can supports dual 280 and D5 (ideally mounted one at the bottom and one at the top to create the chimney effect for the hot air)
2) a case that's on the ITX form factor (around 15L). I don't mind if it's longer and higher as long as its on the thin side, so I don't constantly hit it with my leg, as it will sit under the desk.

Thanks

Well, Meshi is deffo the way to go if you want to stay below 15L.

I know of a few builds like this:

a) this one is basically what you're planning, except its "just" with a 3090, and using a Meshroom D:

b) Predecessor of the first one, build by the same person, but using a mod to enlarge the case, so it allows for 2x 360 mm rads:

c) Intel variant of what you're planning, 13700k + 4090 with a thin / thick 2x 240 rad configuration:

d) L91 also went bonkers at some point and build a more classical 240 + 280 setup:

And if you want to go smaller, my A4-H2O 280 mod is based on the fact that somebody managed to cram a 280 thin rad into the case. So, 240 top + 280 side-mounted. Albeit their approach was as a passively cooled one, which doesnt look that helpful to me.
In theory, it should work with slim fans - or with a side extender (available on Etsy or just 3d print it yourself), which would enable one to use standard-sized fans.

Edit: Just remembered, somebody mentioned they did a dual-rad mod in the Jonsbo A4, too. Thats a 15ish L case.

I could be wrong, but I think the 7800X3D uses less than 100watts (more like 91) and an air cooler would be totally fine. Of course that's not to say a 4090 couldn't use both 280mm radiators on its own . . .

Well, the OP asked for a dual rad setup. Personally I think 2x 240 should be totally enough.

The OP stated its for a very silent system, so the more cooling surface, the better.
Eg. I ran a 13500 with a 280 AIO, and that thing was dead silent even under full load. Max temps reached were like 50 C or so.
