My bad, since you mentioned FLEX I thought you need to put it inside a case.
Let me see if I can make something smaller for external.
The smaller version would be 85x45x130mm, supporting MEANWELL RPS-200 Power Supplies.
Can't make it much smaller because the cables, connectors and the fan also needs some space in the case.

my computer case is silver color, so i would like this unit to match that color.
computer system uses a 5.5 X 2.5mm female DC connector, instead of a XT90 connector.
