While digging around on geizhals.de for a potential "less than 120 mm radiator" solution, I stumbled upon the Raijintek Forkis DCC Ultra, a low-profile CPU block with integrated pump. It's been listed since begin of September 2023, but apparently was announced in February this year, to be "quickly released". Well, better late than never
