Why is the SSD outside the case... just more holes (data/power) to worry about leaking, no? I think having only the radiator and the coolant tubes coming out of the case keeps it very clean at these viewable areas/sides. Love your idea and rendering thus far.
I'm still thinking should I leave 2 2.5 inch drive bay on top of the case, they are reserve for HDDs, since they can't be submerged in oil. Bellow those 2.5 inch drives there will be a fill hole for oil filling after you put everything together :D

Will you use the normal cooling plates designed for air/water, or move to boiling plates designed for the fluid you're planning to use?

It won't boil - it's mineral oil. And normal sinks work just fine. Did you bother reading the articles at pugetsystems.com?!
