General rules and entery rules
  • Picture of actual PC
  • Volume calculated with exterior dimensions of case WITH power brick(s)
  • Cinebench R15 must be run on CPU benchmark and screenshot must be taken with CPU-Z open on the first tab.
  • Time Spy on default preset and score is Graphics score, not total score.
  • Time Spy must have results page screen shot, GPU-Z first tab and link to result posted.
  • Round 2 PPL calculation ((CineBench R15 score * Time Spy graphics score)/(Build Volume^1.5))/100
  • This is a friendly competition, keep it clean and civil
  • Competition ends at 25 entries (new round with new benches starts after)

I haven't undervolted my GPU or overclocked my CPU so I probably have a bit more power I can squeeze out my build.

EDIT: So after I did all that work to submit I noticed my 3DMark said my RAM was clocked at 2200 instead of 3200! We all know how much Ryzen loves fast RAM so I fixed it in my bios and re-ran tests. @Duality92 @rfarmer

Hi; I'm not going to officially enter because I actually don't have dx12 so I can't run Time Spy (I can't stand windows 10, so I installed 7). I recently got an ASRock 1080 so I thought I'd post. I'm fairly sure it's the best power per liter right now, no question. I double checked what my composite score would be, and it's easily around 16500-17500. The way you're scoring makes it so when you have a 2.7 liter case + a .4 liter power supply, it just doesn't seem sporting.

I've been building small systems for a long time, it's a hobby of mine. I set up my deskmini with a 1080, and I paired it with an 8700 (non-k). Given that I got just barely over 1400 on cinebench, going by petricor's scores which are just slightly higher than mine, I'd guess I'd get slightly over 6800 on Time Spy. But my case is only 2.7 liters with a .4 liter power supply, for a total volume of 3.1 liters, and 3.1^1.5 rounds up to 5.5.

So conservatively, this machine would get over 16500 for a total score. 6800*1400/ (3.1^1.5) /100 = 17441. Even if you figure it at .5 liters for the power supply for 3.2 liters total (it comes out to .402 liter for the power brick), it's still over 16500.

Here's a screenshot of the 3dmark graphics results page. I didn't overclock anything, never do.

The deskmini has been perfect so far, it's my favorite system I've ever had.

You people seem cool, cheers
