Advice NR200 with 4090 build

Hello, want to put together a NR200 with 4090 after all. Here is my shopping list. 4090 is undervolted to 300 watts and no I do not want another video card and no bigger case

Good luck with that. But if all fails, the Inter-Tech Pocket IM-I / Tekware Fusion / Krux Naxos might be another option ..
