Cooling Noctua fan mounting clips

Is it possible to buy the Noctua fans and get the clips without needing to buy the coolers? I tried contacting Noctua, but they have yet to give me an answer.

Customer Support just got back to me. No, they don't provide a way to purchase them. I guess that means I'd have to splurge on a NH-L9i then...
