Need some help finding a low profile CPU cooler

I need a good, quiet low profile cpu cooler for the Cougar QBX. it needs to be able to cool a 95 watt CPU though

I used a Scythe Big Shuriken 2 on a delidded 8700k for 1 1/2 years and it cooled very well. I would recommend replacing the stock fan with either a 120mm Noctua, or like I used, a Prolimatech 140mm Vortex slim fan. Even at full speed I could just barely hear the fan.
