Is there such a thing as a bracket to convert an LGA115x cooler to AM4 mounting holes?

I'm looking to add a very low profile CPU cooler to my AM4 platform, but the majority of the low profile coolers are Intel-based. I couldn't find anything like what I'm looking for. The closest thing I did find was an EK Water Block mounting plate which has mounting holes for several platforms, but I don't know if that'll work or not.

If any of Noctua's coolers suit you, they sell mounting kits for most sockets. In some cases they'll even send you a free kit.
