Hi Everyone,

I hope someone from this forum or NCASE can help me sort this out.

I recently did a build with the NCASE M1 6.1 and I connected the NCASE front panel cords for the power switch and led to where it belongs in the MOBO but I find that the LED is not coming up. I made sure by following where the + and - go in the slots but still not working after double checking. Power switch works fine. Any Ideas?

Did you modify any of the power settings in the BIOS like enabled CEC or S5 mode? Some motherboard BIOS also have a lighting stealth mode that may disable the power LED too.

Same issue with my ncase m1 6.1. I am using all same components from CM NR200p. The led will lit after pressing and stay for 2-3 seconds while the PC is booting then after that it will turn-off and never notice it lit again or blink.

If the LED comes on during boot then it's likely a BIOS setting turning it off. Look for LED settings in the BIOS and make sure stealth mode or a similar setting isn't enabled.
