Log Nano-ITX or Micro-ATX PC build

Hi everyone.
My friend is looking for a PC build, with case what he can transport in a backpack.
No laptops!
He need to connect 2 monitors (So at least HDMI and DVI, or 2xHDMI) and work in Excel. Nothing else.
Smaller is better
