Yes they both would work for that combo. I don't think you'd have a ton of overclocking headroom, but running them both at stock should be fine.

Perhaps @guryhwa and @1461748123 might be able to give some better answers on bricks over 400W. I believe their company includes specially modified high power bricks to power their 400w+ DC ATX PSUs.

Yes :) We do have 400w and 500w power supplies that are moded from the Dell 330-Watt. They cost 65$/75$ each (thats a much better deal than a 240$ 400w right ;))

Okay so this is either meant to power a DC-DC board with two inputs or alternatively two separate boards?

Nope, thats why I said the page is a bit outdated :D If you plan to use the 5.5x2.5 dc jack then 2 connectors are crucial. We are now using the Molex 8pin connector which can handle high current, so no need for 2 connectors anymore :)

And the form factor is the same as the 330W Dell with no additional heat problems etc?
