Looking to build the best portable pc 1500 dollars can buy

I travel a lot between Ireland and Oman so I need a pc case that I can travel with comfortably and being able to play at 1440p and VR with high and stable frames. I have been doing a lot of research and I wanted the dan a4 as it is perfectly sized but its out of stock. This is my first build and I need some assistance doing this. I did ton of research but I have no idea what to get with all the options out there and I am not good with understanding this stuff properly yet.

Go for non-x 3600 CPU and up the powersupply to a 600W from the money saved there.
If you add Dan A4 you will be above your limit a bit.

If you can fit all your parts in the Velka 5 it will be smaller than the Daancase. You haven't specified a CPU cooler, you will need to buy one since the 3600X cooler I believe is the Wraith Spire which would be too tall for either case. Something like the IS60, BlackRidge, or even L9a would be required. Velkase should restock in June/July.

Or you could grab something like the Sliger SM550 from Density.sk if you're looking for something in stock right now.
