Cooling Looking for a CPU cooler for Velka 3

Hi everyone im planning to build a velka 3 with a 5600x but I don't know which cpu cooler to use

Options:
Jonsbo hp-400
Noctua l9a
id cooling is-30
scythe jitte plus

Do you know the maximum allowed cooler height and the height of these coolers you listed?

on page says velka 3 max cpu cooler height 37mm has an option to offset side panel 4mm ending at 41mm

jonsbo hp-400=36mm
id cooling is-30=30mm
noctua l9a=37mm
scythe jitte plus=39mm
scythe kozuti=40mm

Also consider to switch the fan if the cooler itself is good but loud.
