I am trying to get all the needed components for a beefy Velka 3 build and would need a sanity check for the chosen components.

Case: Velka 3 (rev 3)
PSU: ENP-7660B-VK 600W Flex ATX PSU
PCIe Riser: VC-S290G4 290 mm PCIe gen 4

CPU Cooler: Thermalright AXP90-X36 + Noctua NF-A9x14 HS-PWM
CPU: Intel Core i5-14500
Mainboard: ASRock Z790M-ITX WiFi
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5-5200
GPU: Plait RTX 4060 Ti StormX
(A) Will this fit and stay adequately cool within the Velka 3?
(B) CPUs: Is there a more poreful CPU option i could take, or is the 14500 even too much? I read a lot and some people on the internet did mention that even an AMD Ryzen 7800X3D would be coolable with such a cooler, when undervolted.
(C) Anything else I should change or be concerned about?
