Is this build possible in cerberus x?

Hi, it's a first post at the sff.network
I have questions about cerberus x

Is this build possible in cerberus x with these components all together? (SFX internal version)

AIO 280mm radiator at the bottom,
a quiet big graphics card (318x147x59),
3.5 inch HDD,
other PCIe components

I am worried if there is room for hanging a HDD
because AIO has lcd at its pump, I don't want to put HDD at side hinge covering the pump of AIO water cooler.
also usually there are three pcie x16 slots in ATX motherboard.
can i use all of them with 280 radi at the bottom of case?

Since I want to use LCD display-ed components, there are no options on AIO and GPU
