I need help!

Hello,

I need someone experienced with Java so he could help me.

Let me explain.

I am working with Static Free Software(VLSI design tool), which requires Java to run. I downloaded Java and i am now running it.
So what is the problem?
The problem is the fact that i want 3D and the 3D feature is a Java enhancement(also called Jar), not a software plug-in.
I am talking about this:

Under the "3D" part.

I have no experience with Java, as my language is Phyton.

Can someone please help?

Just one info that may help: Enhancemets are also called Jars, so it can make it clearer to you.

The thing I am wondering is what it is that You're trying to do and how are you doing it now? According to the webpage:

On Windows, you must use the ";" to separate jar files, and you might also have to quote the collection since ";" separates commands:
java -classpath "electric.jar;bsh-2.0b1.jar" com.sun.electric.Launcher
The above text can be placed into a ".bat" file to make a double-clickable Electric launch. You can also add Java switches and special Electric controls mentioned in Section 1-3. For example, to add in the SFS extension and extend the memory to 1GB, you can put this line in the ".bat" file:
java -classpath "electric.jar;electricSFS.jar" -mx1000m

The thing I am wondering is what it is that You're trying to do and how are you doing it now? According to the webpage:

I am trying to add 3D support, so i can view the circuit in 3D and i try to load it with following:
java -classpath "electric.jar:bsh-aviatrix3d-all_2.2.0.jar" com.sun.electric.Launcher
And all i get is:

This is the result of:

java -classpath "electric.jar:bsh-aviatrix3d-all_2.2.0.jar"

Will check if it is working properly tonight.

Probably for the best. One of the reasons I disliked Java was for what I thought as an asinine dependency system. Obvious when you get it and aggravating before then.

It looks like you are using a colon instead of a semicolon between "jar" and "bsh". Try using a semicolon and see if that does the trick.
