After the next open purchase, I will buy a v6.1 and try if this adapter can be used for z390 phantom gaming. My previous order was cancelled a few days ago.

check the temps on the IC when you get yours and install it. you might not get USB 5g x2 speeds ._.
(also see if it comes in a white-out box from a very familiar brand. if it does, you've gotten what I've gotten and there's a reason why the company stopped selling that)
