Part Internal USB 3 to USB C adapters?

Hi!
As the title suggests, I'm looking for an internal 19 pin USB 3 to 20 pin USB C header adapter.
So far, the only one I've found has a design that doesn't work with my ITX motherboard.

This is one that I've already bought and tried.

Because of the placement of the 20 pin USB C port I can't fit the internal cable, because there isn't enough room between this adapter and the other components on the motherboard.

Does anyone know of something like this that faces upwards instead of sideways? ??

There is also the option of a 19 pin male to female extension cable. I'm almost certain a vertical type C adapter doesn't exist.

A bit expensive to send to Norway though sadly, due to shipping and import taxes. So I'll see if I can find the same product somewhere else!

That would also work, maybe someone sells a really short male/female adapter.

Turns out there are a few sellers on eBay and AliExpress that sell adapters like that, if you just search for the right thing! ?
