Graphics card drivers crashing while gaming

I've been running into an issue with my build where the graphics card drivers are crashing while gaming for 5-10 minutes. I swapped out a 1070 Ti for an old EVGA 760 and then I sent the 1070 Ti for a return, but the 760 is all of a sudden crashing a bunch. I didn't have this issue with the 1070 Ti.

I ran DDU, removed the 1070 Ti, installed the 760, re-installed the drivers. Now the graphics drivers are crashing when I load into a game and play for 5-10 minutes. This happens in Overwatch's main menu and Destiny 2 at the player hub, but strangely hasn't happened yet in Skyrim (though I'm pacing around in a tiny room in Skyrim that I don't remember ever entering). I don't have any other games installed to test.

I've tried two Nvidia driver versions, 399.24 and 411.70 (DDU was used to uninstall the drivers); I've tried reseating the GPU; and I'm going to try an older 391.35 driver version right now. Has anyone ever encountered a similar issue before? What steps did you take to solving this?

For system specs I'm running a EVGA GTX 760 SC ACX, i7-8700 nonk, 450W Corsair SFX PSU, two m.2 SSDs, and one 2.5" SSD inside a open-cover Node 202 Chassis.

Edit: Nvidia installer failed to install 391.35 drivers, said drivers were not compatible with my version of Windows 10 (Win 10 Pro, Build 1803)
