will use a special pcie riser card to turn MB rear IO to front IO,and still keep PSU and VGA io face rear~
first is the console type :final size would be 300mm W x 300mm D x 65mm H,about 5.9L volume,support 30cm x 13cm 2.7 slots vga:

and i will try make super thin 600watts PSU exchanged the SFX psu position with 120mm AIO
and it maybe better to design the riser card bigger enough to isolate the MB and VGA in 2 chambers

if you look at my screenshot below, what i did was type " G-Unique " in their search box, & then set the category to Computers.

afterwards, it appeared immediately.
