Power Supply First SFF build PSU questions

Hi, first time poster and first time build attempt. Just a HTPC without a lot of bells or whistles to get my feet wet. Have done atx and mini-atx builds before but never something ITX like I am trying now. I don't have a full component list but this all got started when a friend gave me a In Win BQ656 case. Obvious thing that hit me initially was that this guy had an odd shaped spot for a PSU. Not even one of those ATX flex 150 X 80 X 40.5 guys will fit. So after some digging around, I am interested in one of those Pico 160 XTs. The Pico itself looks pretty self explanatory, my question is about the AC adapter. Some looking around on this site gave up a really cool my-adapter.com site and I am wondering if any of these models can be workable with this Pico:

Or, does basically any 12V Laptop Power Supply work(assuming I get the Wattage I want)?

One particular question with these if they are workable, im not real accustomed to what this connector is below or even what it is called. Anyway, I'm assuming I will have to buy some sort of adapter to connect this with the DC line in of the Pico? Thanks in advance for any help!

In Win BQ656 uses proprietary PSU. If memory serves me right, they have 120W and 150W models. The PSU specs are available in their website.

However yeah perhaps you can also fit 3rd party PSU inside it.

Thanks for the reference to their proprietary power supplies. I was aware of them, but was interested in the Pico as it doesn't appear to take up much space (or add heat) and the vacant space where the proprietary psu was could be used for something else.. I am assuming the Pico would fit, I will have try to check out how much space it takes up when seated in the motherboard...

So any advice on the AC power adapter? Is what I am asking about doable, or am I overlooking something or am not making sense with my question? Just a noob with a build from this kind of angle. Can I change out that adapter fitting above with this: https://www.jameco.com/shop/keyword=2.5mm-x-5.5mm-Male-Dc-Plug-To-Screw-Terminal? Should I look in another direction for the brick?

i'm not the most knowledgable on this website when it comes to power supplies, but I'll point out a few things I see.

Of the 4 AC/DC bricks you linked in your original post, two have an input voltage of 100-127V, and the other two have an input voltage range of 200-240V. Depending on where you live in the world, the voltage in the receptacles in your home only offer one voltage. For example, I know North America and some Central American and South American countries have 110V, where as Europeans countries have 220V.

Secondly, if you're buying the Pico 160XT form mini-box.com, they also offer AC adapters that are compatible with the Pico 160 unit. The Pico 160 is designed to handle a 200W peak draw, and the brick they offer can output 192W.

If I've made any errors or said something incorrect, I hope someone else will be able to correct me.

It is best to just buy the pico 160XT as a kit. Saves you the hassle of matching the adapter.
