Putting together my first sff build and decided on a 3900x. Here is the parts list.

Parts
Ryzen 3900X
Noctua NH-U9S
GIGABYTE X570 I AORUS PRO WIFI
G.SKILL Trident Z Neo 32GB (2 x 16GB) DDR4 3600
Nvidia GTX 1070 (Only holdover from previous build)
Corsair sf600 platinum (sf750 was on 2 week backorder)
intel 2tb 660p nvme

Case
I picked up three cases for this build and plan test them all out to see which meets my thermals/noise sweet spot.

SGPC K77
JXK-F1
NZXT H200

If I can get the 3900X to stay reasonably cool with the U9S+undervolt I will stick with either the K77 or JXK-F1. If I find the thermals and noise to be too much of an issue I will sadly end up using the H200 with a AIO for the 3900X.

Just waiting on the motherboard to start the build all the other parts+cases are already sitting next to me. I was surprised at how sturdy the JXK-F1 was compared to the K77.

I tried the U9S with 3900X initially. Stock with 0.05v undervolt will get about 83C, in Streacom DA2(dust filters removed). If you turn on PBO/Auto overclock, it will run close to 90C. I used the grey Redux fans, push-pull.

Now I replace it with Kraken X62. The temp drops to 70C running stock/0.05v undervolt. The 3900X will run about 100MHz slower with the U9S. And you can forget about overclock with the U9S.
