Just an update:
I added a Noctua Back Fan and deshrouded the RX 6800. 3D-Printed a shroud for two Noctua A12x15 fans
GPU Temps are max 80°C while gaming, CPU Temp slightly lower with max 75°C. Thats mower than I expected and the PC doesn't even sound like a starting fighter jet
