Very interesting... whatcha gonna use for dust filters for those cool looking but dust friendly case vent holes?

Its like an even tinier Hutzy xs, I like it, especially as someone currently only using an M.2 for storage. How is the central board going to attach to the case? Also while I haven't any personal experience, I wonder if the divides between the vent holes will warp if you are laser cutting?

I do not plan to use dust filters :)

I think this pics will answer.

Yes, I will use laser cutting. Man, who will make it, said "no warping".

Interested as well.

I would like the same, but with an added hole in the front for Flirc. Can't wait to see how it turns out.

This escalated quickly - first post starts off with a paper box and then boom you've got it laser cut. Really cool design, I especially like the simplicity. Lots of cases end up with a complex layout with one trillion different complicated bends that require complicated setups. Unless I'm missing something this looks like one could, in a pinch, bend this in one's garage with a simple straight (non-segmented) brake!

How about the HDPlex 160W DC-ATX Direct-plug with the 80W AC-DC internal adapter?
HDPlex 160W DC-ATX Direct-plug - no. It's too tall (40mm+).
80W AC-DC internal adapter and HDPLEX 300W is not compatible too.

You have 2 options:
  1. PicoPSU 160W (65W CPU + 75W GPU)
  2. Best option. G-Unique Plug&Play unit. Not expensive, powerful, compact. For $95 you will get G-Unique Unit with 6+2 GPU connector and 300W power brick. This setup can easy handle 95W CPU and GTX 1070.

Really? I may be mistaken, but the HDPLEX 160W DC-ATX Direct-Plug height is only 34.7 mm from the top of the m/b 24-pin ATX power connector when it is plugged in... rather, my concern was the width. The Direct-Plug DC-ATX is a little wide at 34.7 mm though only @25 mm of that is coming from the m/b connector towards and over the edge of the motherboard. How much room/space is there from the edge of the motherboard to the front/side panel depending on the m/b type? 10 mm right? It might just squeeze in there...

80W AC-DC internal adapter and HDPLEX 300W is not compatible too.
Again, your case being 180 x 180 mm is there not enough room on the backside of the m/b for both a single slot LP card and a 80W AC-DC Internal Adapter (121.4 x 30 x 40 mm)? What is the height of that area behind the motherboard, ~45 mm?

Overall height must be 38mm. 29mm from the top of the m/b 24-pin ATX power connector.
Space from the edge of the motherboard to the front panel is ~10mm. And space from edge of the m/b 24-pin ATX power connector to the edge of the motherboard is 2-3mm.
HDPLEX is too tall and too thick.
PicoPSU 160W overall height - 36mm (photo).

Yes, ~45mm. And yes, with LP graphics card you can use HDPLEX 80W AC-DC or HDPLEX 300W DC-DC. I just need to drill some holes for you.

Today I received and tested Moddiy Premium Gold Plated 16x PCI-E Extension Shielded Cable Riser (30cm). Very long name :)
First impression - good quality and flexible enough.

Test Environment & Equipment:
- GPU: Zotac 1050 Ti Mini
- M/B: MSI H110i Pro
- OS: Win10
- Games: Overwatch
- Benchmark: Catzilla 720p

Results without riser:
- Bus Interface: x16 3.0
- Overwatch, fps: 161
- Catzilla, run #1: 14764
- Catzilla, run #2: 14766

Results with riser:
- Bus Interface: x16 3.0
- Overwatch, fps: 159
- Catzilla, run #1: 14796 (record :))
- Catzilla, run #2: 14718

Verdict: excellent, recommended!

It could be possible to support a full height card with an internal PSU up to 200w if you go with the Meanewll EPP series. Its footprint is small for 150 and 200W, only 77mm x 51mm and it is 30mm tall. It might fit in a space above the GPU provided a standard height around 110mm. You would place the PSU lengthwise, so 110mm plus 51mm still leaves 29mm for the pcie riser connection.

Speaking from experience, that riser cable will give you some trouble as long as it is when you go to try and cram it into the case. I ordered one from LI-Heat that was 250mm and it is still a little long. I'd look at the HDPlex flex riser maybe.
