Unfortunately, all the PCIE cables are the daisy-chained dual 8 pin cables, I really wish there were some single 8 pin cables that came with it like they include in their heavier duty PSUs like the AX1600i. Definitely my biggest problem with this unit.
But only SF750 Problem. Too small PSU for that Amount of plugs. They wanted to offer 4x 8pin plugs for big SLI support.
SF450 and SF600 have Single 8pin cables.

Way better.
But If you don‘t use SLI, just get custom cables and get rid of Those Split cables.

Stupid question : are sf450/600 cabels compatible with SF750? I assume yes but it's a good question and possible optimisation..:)

i think so. But I don't know, if there's a pinout available of SF750.

But if you compare PCI-E cable, they should be the same, I think.

I was referring to the SF450/600 gold cables.
So, I've used as well the GOLD cable with a SF600 Platinum, and no problem as well. But Don't know for the SF750. But sounds really strange to me that they are not compatible...

Gold and platinum cables are the same pinouts.
Just SF750 Needs split PCIE-cables.
Maybe someone can create a pinout for it to check.

It would be helpful for custom cable.

Don't know, I've used the two separated 8+2 Pin PCIE cable got with the SF600 with the SF750 without problem.

He said that the customer had issue with a 24pin custom made by him, without the extra sense wires. The stock Corsair, even on the SF600 has them, I guess!

Oof. He was making the 750 wire based on the SF600. Why is this so complicated for people to grasp?

I suggest just read carefully the thread you sent and try to order on paslatecustom, than you will find the answer.
When you order, YOU have the option to ask the 24pin with or without the extra sense wires. The customers asked without. After, Phil has discovered that with the new SF750, the cables without the extra wires have problem. That’s it. So, @MarcParis , there is no problem swapping the “official” cables between the SF600, gold or platinum and the SF750 ;)

I messaged PSlate and he forwarded a couple of pinouts for me to use. Per my messages with him, the Corsair SF PSU's all use Type 4 pinouts.

PSlate did warn that the Platinum models NEED the double sense wires on the motherboard cable. Thats what fabio's linked reddit thread says too.

Thanks for sharing! :)
As I‘m using nonsleeved cables, doing the Double wires is Not that Problem.
I will definitly use These Sense wires.

To power both 2080 Ti, do you use one 8-pin cable per GPU (8-pin to 2 x 8 -Pin) ?

Yeah, it looks like that's what that builder did. You can see the doubled up cables curved around the GPU power connectors. They probably used the other 12v connections for the CPU.

OK thanks. No issues having a 8-pin cable powering a dual 8-Pin GPU ?

I plan to run two 1080 Ti Mini (dual 8-pin connector) from a SF750 but there is only 4 8-Pin connectors on the PSU side.
