It's definitely doable and there's not a whole lot of modding required, I spent more time tweaking bits for temps rather than modding the case. I'll keep an eye out for your build log.
What parts did you order for the power supply? Is it the HDPLEX 80W AC-DC with 160W DC-ATX Converter? ($85 from HDPlex)
Yes but my brick is 160W as well. Don't think there's any size difference so I erred on the side of caution but you could probably get it running on an 80W. Don't take my word as gospel though since I haven't measured my wattage
