found one today in simplymaya.com/forum while doing digital spring cleaning ,_,

if anyone is (or knows someone who is) administering a vBulletin 4 forum, please pass the message to check their site for coinhive miner infections.

Btw, Miner in a website can be VERY EASLY implemented with just 5 or 6 lines of JavaScript code. I see why the people do it. It is basicly free money. And if someone has powerfull hardware...

I mean yields per device are pretty low. My main problem with it is how it nonconsentually pushes the hardware and that it doesn't discriminate against mobile (battery powered) devices.

How do you note it?
as what I know it's quite hard to detect, if you're not a paranoid person, ha-ha

when a single chrome tab hammers the CPU at 100% you'd notice it ._.
