ASRock X399M Taichi
ASRock X299M Extreme4
Z370 DeskMini GTX

To show off at CES 2018.

I know some of you have been waiting for these for a while!

Cerberus Threadripper finally doable :)

Would have loved to see 10GbE on them, since the AQ107 chipset has been shipping for a while. But I guess we can't have everything. At least there's extra PCIe slots to put an AQ107 in.

Availability?
I wonder if I should buy the "old" one or wait for the new? There are no good sales on the "old" with 1060...

Still wanting to see a Ryzen based deskmini, but these do look pretty awesome.

  1. We had one "old" version XX2+ mini STX motherboard
  2. It had to use tower heatsink to take care CPU.
  3. Keep out zone of AM4+ / TR4 is toooooo large for mini stx.
Therefore, I think Ryzen in micro STX but without MXM slot is possible...

Imagine a massive Threadripper APU (AMD make it a reality pls) on a micro stx board LOL.
So I hear what you are saying but what you would get would be a threadripper chip with I/O coming directly off it and stuffed in the back would be one horizontal sodimm slot and one of the tiny m.2 slots....

Actually that sounds awesome

I think you've already got a customer. Is it just the various VRMs needed for Ryzen that's causing issues at the moment?
