It's not passive, but like MonsterLabo, the GPU and CPU share 1 big heatsink in the middle. It can supposedly cool an 11900k and a 3080 with an intake fan at the bottom and exhaust at the top.

I like it and hate it at the same time. That cooling solution would make GPU upgrades all but impossible AND the press release says there is an AMD version, but the site is all about the 11900k.

Still, it's great that ITX is getting more attention; it will lead more people here in the end.
