Some like 15''L x 10''W x 3''H or similar that uses a sfx psu?

What's your budget? I would recommend Velka 7 ($199) or Xbox style ABEE RS04 ($220). Fractal Design Node 202 ($110) is bigger than what you expected but still, it's a console type that you might consider.

Thanks for the feedback gentleman. I'm familiar with all the options listed so far except the w19.

Don't really have a budget per say, i'd just prefer not to go the route of protocase and spend thousands.

I may have to suck it up and settle for something like a silverstone ML09/05.

Not a bad choice, but please be aware that:
- ML09 by default only accepts half-height dual slots GPUs.
- ML05 by default only accepts half-height single slot GPUs.

If you want something similar from Silverstone but accepts normal height dual slots GPUs, you might want to check their RVZ series, for example https://www.silverstonetek.com/raven/product-rv.php?pid=606&area=en

I do like the RVZ series for certain scenarios but it's a few inches too large/boxy for the build i'm going for.

What do you guys think of this case from china? It's pricey and it looks like a knockoff of something else if I had to guess.

I'm familiar with the sliger. Seems quality but it's a lot like the RVZ offerings in terms of footprint.
