The RX 470 launched last Thursday and yesterday saw the launch of the next step down in AMD's Polaris lineup, the Radeon RX 460.

While the RX480 had a relatively good launch, the less powerful Polaris cards makes the RX lineup inconsistent as a whole. It just feels off compared to the last two generations for AMD's card lineups. There's little rhyme or reason to the relative pricing and performance of the 460 and 470s.
