Cooling 15mm Fan for IS-50

Hello,

I ordered myself an ID Cooling IS-50 for my RVZ02 Projekt and now, I'm asking myself if i should replace the stock fan with something like a NF-A12x15 PWM or an SST-FN123...

The Silverstone fan has a few report of noisy bearings. I'd get the noctua.

I have the Noctua fans and I keep them at around 1250RPM and they are silent and actually move good air. The Silverstone fans on the other hand are pretty bad in most configs that I have used them in.
