In the P1.90 bios, is there any cpu core voltage offset option (negative) in order to lower the temp a bit?
Besides Curve Optimizer I don't think so. You can lower the PPT manually though, which won't cost much performance, especially if you add 200 MHz via Boost Overdrive.

What kind of RAM is that, and what settings do you use? I've Crucial 3200 CL22 RAM running fine with 5600G.
I think there's an option to save the BIOS options to FAT32 USB stick, first menu if you scroll all the way down?
Crucial Ballistix BL2K16G32C16S4B 3200 MHz (16GB x2). Settings via XMP profile.

I exported the BIOS and tried to use a dump tool to and convert it to text but wasn't successful.

You could try to manually increase timings (CL etc), lower the speed to e.g. 3000 MHz, and/or manually increase voltage (I'm not sure if it possible to go over 1.35V though). XMP RAM is always tricky, can work, but you can't be sure. Is this particular set on the supported list?

I am using 2x16GB) 3200MT/s CL22-22-52 1.20V (G.SKILL Ripjaws F4-3200C2D-32GRS), only enable xmp 3200mhz at 1.35V, do you have any tips on overclocking the ram a bit, to gain a lettle performance?

Does that RAM have any XMP profile in its SPD ROM? Couldn't find any info regarding that on the G.SKILL homepage, thus it doesn't seem so. You can try to increase voltage to 1.35V and then lower settings for tCL, tRASCAS, tRASPrecharge, tRAS and tRC, and run RAM stability tests. I haven't tried this, I prefer my Deskmini cool and quiet. ;)

the ram only got one xmp profile of 1.35V 3200mhz-16-18-18-36,
could i just keep increase the 3200 mhz setting without touching tCL, tRASCAS, tRASPrecharge, tRAS and tRC until the system unstable?

You mean just increasing the frequency, but leaving timings at the JEDEC specification of e.g. CL22? Could work with higher voltage. I'm not sure what would be the benefit of that, the lower CL setting at 3200 should help to increase performance, then again, what do you need it for anyway? Games? Running RAM beyond its specification always comes with risks of instabilities.

It is possible to just swap 5600g to 5700g, without reinstall windows or bios , currently on deskmini x300 with bios p1.90,
does 5700g recognizable in bios p1.90, as i just swap to 5700g ,it would not even get into the bios ,
Or do i need to update to the latest bios before swapping to 5700g

5700G is supported by P1.90, it could be required to re-activate Windows. Be sure to follow the required steps if you use Bitlocker.
