Looks like amd is bringing new APUs (5605 and 5705G) for am4 maybe Asrock fixes the setting not saved problem when adding Support to the cpus. And maybe (even though I doubt it) AMD adds PCIe 4 support to them.
Nope, the only "change" is on the Ryzen 7 5705G SKU where the "boost" frequency of the Radeon "Vega 8CUs" iGPU goes from 2000MHz to 2200MHz, which will provide a performance gain ranging from 2 to 4% depending on the games (and again this will also depend on the memory bandwidth of the VRAM allocated via the DDR4 RAM and therefore directly on the operating frequency of the latter). And there does not seem to be any security or other update internally at the silicon level because it is always the same "CZN-A0" stepping for their productions, so clearly no other new features, it is clearly and almost only rebadging in order to get rid of the last stocks of "Cézanne" wafers/dies.

Frankly not very nice AMD frankly you could have inflated the base and boost frequencies a little, like 4.0 GHz base (+200MHz) and 4.8 GHz for the boost (+200MHz) for the "flagship", the Ryzen 7 5705G, and between +100 and +200 MHz for the other lower models, it would always have been more valid and especially more seller, and I am sure that these slight increases in frequencies would not have caused any instability problems, without worries moreover the +200MHz on the boost frequency of the iGPU could also have been carried over to the lower models with "cut" iGPUs, this would have brought the Radeon iGPUs "Vega 7CUs" and "Vega 6CUs" respectively to 2100MHz and 1900MHz, that would have always been something gained...

I would be happy if the Just added PCIe 4.0 support for better EGPu Performance.
An APU even with similiar CPU performance like 5700G with PCIe 4.0 and an 3060ti or 4060ti (16GB) would get better performance in games than the same GPU connected over PCIe 3.0. With PCIe 4.0 maybe even an 4070 would make sense.

It would be than also even more worth to consider to maybe build a compact eGPU with 4060LP (non TI 8GB), then to buy a X600, since it would surely beat a X600 with 8700G and its iGPU in games easy and still be cheaper.

I set my Deskmini X300 with 5700G to 20 Negative magnitude in curve optimizer and boostclock override to Positive 50. I get about 2200 - 2350 multicore in cb 15 (I know it is old) and the CPU powers up to 4,6+ Ghz allcore. In Prime with smallest SMTs and AVX disabled, it runs at about 3,94- 4,09 GHz all core with no thermal throttle, 24h stable with my 3200 mhz cl 20 64 GB Ramkit (KF432S20IBK2/64) on 1,2V. Once I change Ram / Infinity fabric clocks a little over 3200Ram / 1600IF it crashes in Prime95 smallest SMT during about 1-3 hour, I tryed changeing Ram voltage to 1,35v but it doesnt help. Do you have any suggestions what else I could be doing wrong?

Also the CPU z Core Voltage is always unter 0,7v what I cant imagine to be right, in HW info the Core VID looks about right. Is it maxbe a bug in the bios?

The CPU Temp never goes over 86 in Prime95 and sits usually around 79 - 82,5. I suppose I could get it cooler since my noctua isnt even on full speed.

Power Delivery should be okay I use a 240w gan PSU.

If they dont bring a new Bios for the X300 I really hope there will an alternative to the X600 once newer AM 5 APUS then the 8700G come out.

Thank you very much! I will add it as soon as I have the opportunity, otherwise do you know if they have fixed the problems with saving the PBO and Curve Optimizer settings (present since BIOS version 2.00)?
I turned on Curve Optimizer and the option seems to stick, but DrNick seems to be doing more complex config than that so I'm afraid I can't say.

Support are really helpful over email. @Dr. Nick if you let them know the steps to reproduce the issue, they would probably fix it for us in a few days.

I think DR.Nick has an A300 what about curve optimizer on the X300 does it stick with this Bios?

Yes, a negative 10 persists over reboots.
Do you use CO in the "normal" BIOS menu, or via Advanced -> CTRL Q menu, where it's also possible to set CO for iGPU? And does the SoC/Uncore OC mode setting actually get saved? In versions IIRC 1.70 or 1.80 and above, it's always on, can only be changed via UMAF.
