I replied to your email about the problem. I suspect a loose or twisted pin in the housing as it would be coincidental if they both broke at the same time.

using a small flat screwdriver to push down the retention clips usually works for me
Maybe some day i want to turn this from an EGPU to a Mini PC. With the RX 6400 Copper modded and an i3 13100f, what kind of psu would you recommend?
Also an Mini ITX Mainboard for small dimensions.

yes, but you need to match the ACDC Power Supply with the Pico PSU. You cannot connect a 19V Output PSU with a 12V Input PSU, else it goes BOOM.
For example, if you want to use a 12V Pico PSU, you need to get something like this:
EA11301J1246: Tischnetzteil, 150 W, 12 V, 12,5 A bei reichelt elektronik
PPL 200U-120: Tischnetzteil, 200 W, 12 V, 16 A bei reichelt elektronik
ok makes sense . When i calculate the TDPs of the AMD 5500 and the RX6400 (with 50w for the rest of the System) i come to the result of 190W

Contrary to the 200 Watt ACDC PsU ( Tablepower supply) which has a 4pin plug. Propably i Need an adapter between those plugs

yeah, using a Pico PSU almost always requires some tinkering (e.g. soldering, custom wiring, etc) unless you buy a ready made set with matching ACDC brick, like e.g.:

not quite sure what you mean with the switch... if you build with a normal ITX motherboard, the PicoPSU will switch On/Off with your PC like a normal ATX PSU

What i meant was a Button to boot the pc like in normal cases.Damn that ready Made Set would be Perfect but it Just has 160 Watt.
