I took the time to 3D model the Intel LGA115x Heatsink Keep-Out zone according to the dimensions provide by Intel.

What would you use this for?
This is mostly interesting if you are designing you own heatsink or waterblock/Monoblock and want to adhere to the Intel specification to warrant motherboard compatibility.

This model doesn't include the Intel LGA115x Socket en ILM models, but in general this shouldn't pose a problem because these are below the height of the CPU IHS.

The CPU IHS is located 7.781mm ± 0.335 mm from the top of the Motherboard PCB according to Intel. See page 24 of the URL

Integrated Stackup Height (mm) From Top of Board to Top of IHS 7.781 ± 0.335 mm

Page 30 shows the drawing used to model.

ASUS Q87T: You can see the Capacitors just peaking through, ASUS stays within the Keep-Out Zone for motherboard manufacturers.
