Miyconst has put together a very interesting custom SFF NAS build using a rather unusual choice of hardware in the form of the ODROID-H4 Plus single board computer. The ODROID-H4 Plus features an Intel N97 4-core / 4-thread CPU based on the Gracemount architecture that sips power at only 12 watts. It also supports DDR5-4800, built-in heatsink, dual bios, and a mini-ITX integration kit as this is actually only 120mm x 120mm in size. At $139 it’s a bit of bargain for this use.
Miyconst pairs this board with a custom 3D printed case that supports good old fashioned spinning metal hard drives.
