Fractal Design Releases Files to Print Your Own North Pi Chassis

Source:  TechPowerup

Spotted at Computex this year, Fractal Design’s North Pi chassis – a super smol version of their gorgeous North chassis, is now available to download and print yourself. Supporting the Raspberry Pi and similar boards on the form factor, this itty bitty PC case is a nifty option for those using the boards for development, HTPC, or even desktop (Gasp!) use.

Measuring in at 105 x 50 x 96 mm (HxWxD), or 0.5 Litres, it’s a bit bigger than some of the more mainstream Pi cases, but that’s a side effect of the aesthetics and increased cooling capacity.

Fractal Design has made the files and instruction manual available on their website, the case consists of 17 parts (11 of which are unique). Space for a pair of 40 mm fans is found at the front of the case, important with the increased TDP of the latest Raspberry Pi’s versions. Some DIY is required, but we fully support and praise Fractal Design for enabling end users to make their own North Pi!
