ETA Prime Tests OCuLink eGPU with Ryzen Powered GPD Win Max 2 1/2

 

ETA Prime has tested the Ryzen powered GPD Win Max 2 1/2 with and OCuLink connected eGPU. For those that don’t know, OCuLink is the cable version of PCI Express, and designed to compete with Thunderbolt. It was launched in 2015 at PCIe 3.0 x 4. The current version is OCuLink 2 which supports PCIe 4.0 x 8, with PCIe 5.0 version on the way.
