@Kitsune you can try and remove the backplate off your GPU. I had the temp drop from my RTX 2070 from 77°c to around 60 - 62°c with the backplate removed.
So this might be something you want to try, do note I did change the paste as well so this might have added as well...
But its worth the test I would say, I still have to look at my cables and check to install quick disconnects in my loop.
And then see what parts I used as I know alot of people are looking for the info...
