Just sharing my VESA mountable and 3D printable ITX concept and prototype. The dimensions standing up are 305mm by 380 mm by 125mm and the intent was to provide the highest level of component visibility whilst still having a VESA mountable rig.
I wouldn't use the 3D print for anything more than prototyping, since there's a lot of flexion on the components (it does hold up, but the flex doesn't inspire confidence when you pop a multi thousand dollar GPU in)
The cable routing is a bit funky since it runs internally to the case, but nothing a few nice sheaths can't tidy up. The power supply area is especially tight so I would consider losening up the height dimension a bit to fit larger GPU's as well as make the build less aggravating.
