Other Unknown pci riser card?

Guys,

I just came across this piece of tech in mouser electronics website. The name of this tech is Pcie-03. Have you ever seen the below piece of hardware and can it be used in any of the sff builds?? Like can it support modern graphic card ? It also has another pcie x1 on the bottom right side corner next to the pcie x16. Based on the spec sheet, it is told that this version of hardware is supported by some kinda different Mobo.
Please identify this component.

There is a dual pcie slots on a single riser card on the same website. The component name is EXT-PCIG

Notice that most of those are PCI slots (without the e) - which makes a huge difference. The transfer speed is about half of a single PCIe v1.0 x1 slot. They are also turned around and generally the wrong size for modern extension cards.

Those expansion modules were produced by VIA as extensions for some very specific embedded system boards and have pretty much zero use outside of those.
