somebody asked me if it would be possible to make a similar case like my TIPIO1 but with internal PSU and <3L volume...

Unfortunately I am currently busy with other stuff to turn that into an working build, but maybe I'll follow this up when I have some free time...

Possible specs:
  • 250mm x 190mm x 55~60mm
  • 2.65L ~ 2.85L
  • Thin Mini ITX PIO Motherboard (e.g. JUBO H310C-G)
  • Low Profile, Dual Slot GPU (currently up to GTX1650)
  • HP 12VDC, 200W AIO internal PSU
  • JONSBO HP400 (or similar) low profile cooler

Does the psu not block the mobo power input though?

You are right - that's why I haven't fixed the case volume yet - probably have to get a little bit creative there but it should work...

as a side note, my board came without that connector soldered on - so I would probably solder a 4P pigtail cable to the board to make the case as slim as possible

I am running my H310 PIO off that header, as far as I can tell it wants 19v-20v. I say this because the port is directly connected to the rear power input, and the PCIe power is being reported around 10v. Which is in line with a minimum voltage drop through the DC-DC circuit there.
There may be some AIO PSU with 19v. Like LENOVO PA-1151-5 or Dell CPB09-007A
