Yes it is about 93,- EUR but its AC/DC and has nice output of 450W at 44,6 mm x 35,6 mm x 9,3mm. If modded correctly I would assume it could be placed under a Zotac GTX 1080 / Gigabyte GTX 1080 in a SFM.

Those kind of power modules are only a part of a full AC/DC unit. If you look at the datasheet, there are other components listed as required, like for example the PFM Module (https://www.mouser.de/datasheet/2/685/ds_PFM4414xB6M24D0yzz-838386.pdf).
In addition all those modules require a proper cooling system (see "thermal considerations" in the datasheet)
