Cooling Thermal Paste vs Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet

I think most people use thermal paste but haven't heard anything about Thermal Grizzly KryoSheet. I have always used thermal paste but the KryoSheet has peaked my interest. Anyone use it, is it better or worse then the paste, your thoughts.

I have heard it is very fragile that is the only reason I didn’t buy. Is it electrically conductive too?
